About this calculator
A "30% off" tag doesn't always make the savings obvious at a glance, especially when comparing multiple sale items. This tool converts any original price and discount percentage into the actual amount you'll pay and the actual amount you save, so you can compare deals quickly.
How is the final price calculated?
Final price = original price × (1 − discount ÷ 100). A $90 item at 30% off costs $63.
How do I stack two discounts?
Apply them one after another, not added together. 20% off followed by 10% off is not 30% off overall — it works out closer to 28% off, since the second discount applies to the already-reduced price.
